I ordered 3 items from your website on 12/13 with the idea that my order would arrive before Christmas Eve (as stated on your website) Order number 939691****. Full amount taken from my card.
12/17 I got the email that my order was about to get shipped. 12/18 I was told that one of my items were shipped. All to find out on 12/20 when I checked the website that my other 2 items were cancelled. Without an email or any type of notification.
AND I DONT KNOW WHY. I found the same exact items on website and know that they were NOT OUT OF STOCK. Then proceeded to reorder on 12/21- order # 942094**** with the guarantee it would arrive by Christmas (AGAIN STATED ON WEBSITE AND PAID FOR EXPRESS) which now will not be here until January. But now the original order I placed is lost going back and forth to two different distribution centers and every day I keep getting notified by USPS that its delayed.
I want my order AND MY MONEY BACK for this nonsense. Not a *** $20 credit to your store!

For months now, every time I call, I am greeted with a notification stating that the wait time is estimated to be several hours.

As a customer, I rely on your customer service department to address my concerns and provide assistance when needed. However, the excessive wait times have made it nearly impossible for me to reach a representative and resolve any issues I may have. This ongoing problem has persisted for months, and it is disheartening to see that no significant steps have been taken to rectify the situation.
It is baffling to me that a department whose primary responsibility is to handle customer inquiries and provide support would consistently subject customers to such lengthy wait times. It almost appears intentional, as if you are deliberately avoiding direct communication with customers in order to evade dealing with their concerns.
This is not the level of service I expect from a reputable company like Finish Line.
If the current staffing levels are unable to meet the demands of customer inquiries, I strongly urge you to hire additional personnel. It is simply unacceptable for a company to neglect its duty to promptly assist customers for months on end without facing any consequences. In any other industry, such negligence would result in severe repercussions.
I believe it is crucial for someone within your organization to closely monitor the operations of your customer service department. Alternatively, it may be necessary to file complaints with external agencies such as the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or initiate discussions on social media platforms to bring attention to this unjustified and unacceptable situation.
I sincerely hope that you take my complaint seriously and take immediate action to address this issue.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I wrote numerous emails to the company and phoned them I wrote every site I could find and left reviews I contacted my bank and filed a dispute in the charge.
Nicole O from Finishline contacted me via phone today. She was very professional knowledgeable & courteous.
She apologized for what happened. She processed a full refund to hit my account within 3-5 business days and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.
After several calls of holding on for two hrs at a time and emails not responded to I was told their system shows package was delivered already. I explained I dont have any package they said they couldnt guarantee re shipment by Xmas all they could do was issue a refund but that would take days and it would be after Xmas. Reluctantly I agreed but then that never happened so again the numerous 2 hr hold phone calls and e-mails were done again only this time I was told with no explanation their back office decided they werent giving me the refund because the system said the package was delivered. They even emailed me a refund email from the recorded initial call offering the refund.
They refuse to allow me to speak to their back office and said they would notify them I dont like their decision not to refund me and ended the call. This company is disgusting thieves and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau & my credit card company.
I will find every media source to notify them of my experience until I get my money back. There is no way I should have to go through all of this.

I bought these shoes in the order, Paid an EXTRA $10, to have them here within jan 1-3rd.. here we are going on to the 6th and they still have not arrived, ive never been so disappointed now i have to explain to my kid why their present still isnt in.
IF I PAY THE EXTRA FEE TO HAVE THEM SHIPPED BY A CERTAIN DATE ON YOUR WEBSITE, then thats what us consumers expect.
This is absolutely ridiculous and I need to be in contact with someone immediately, apparently the package was checked into a usps facility 2 days ago, so why isnt my package here yet, Ive been purchasing from finish line for 5 years going on now, I just might have to take my business elsewhere for future purchases. I placed an order as usual. My product arrived in an undamaged shipping box.
When I opened it. The shoe box was completely destroyed and looked as if an attempt to tape it back together was done. I like to store my shoes in their shoe box. I reached out to customer service.
It typically takes them about 2 days to respond. It took sever emails explaining what was going on to get someone who understood what actually happened. I was told I would ship back my damaged box and they would send me a new one. I sent over the damaged item, waited a few days to get a confirmation that my replacement was getting shipped.
About 4 days later, I get an email that I will be receiving a refund.
Which was not what was promised to me. I reached out to customer service again, and its been 6 days and no response.

- Bad shipping
Preferred solution: Answers as to why the exchange didn’t occur as I was told it would. They say they strive for customer service, but ghosting customers is not service.
