Not happy with the point you have to buy to much now and its not worth it. Been doing business with you for a long time but it look like im have to shop others .Hibbett rewards is better now to get a reward program.

Finish Line at Kings Plaza mall in Brooklyn, New York has the worse customer service. Very unhelpful the person who got me my sneakers. She even sucked her teeth and gave me a dirty look. The lady at the cash register was no better. Never again!!!

I bought a pair of shoes and hurt my feet i want to return them

I bought a pair of shoes and I tried to return the shoes. The shoe are hurt my feet whenever I wear them. I would like another pair of shoes that are more comfortable and does not hurt my feet. I was told when I tried to return the shoes that I can't. Their is something wrong with this shoe i.am in pain when wear.

I placed an order incorrectly and immediately contacted the customer service line. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes. When I finally got through, the Rep told me that I couldnt cancel my order and there was nothing she could do. When I mentioned how long I was on hold, she made a comment well thats because there are 200 calls. As a customer, the amount of calls the call center is receiving is not my problem. She then told me if I get the shoes and I dont like them, I can return them. I told her the order was just placed and not even processed yet. She then again said the order cant be cancelled and I can go online and see it says that once an order is placed? It cant be cancelled. That is not what it says, I told her it says after a certain period of time, it may not be able to be cancelled. I feel finish line places customers on hold long enough where they can tell them that the order cant be cancelled. Im a Customer Service Manager and I am disgusted with how finish line handles their customers and request. I am now out $80 and no Christmas gift for my son because finish line wouldnt cancel my order, refund me so I could go back on the finish line website and order the correct shoes. The executive team of finish line needs to do a better job of hiring enough staff to handle the call volume in a timely manner and accommodate their customers. Who ever heard that you cant cancel and order less than 1 hour after ordering?

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my grandson and Finishline shipped two different shoes. I returned shoes and was not provided my refund in a timely manner. This company lacks customer service skills are quick to want to throw you $20 rewards money....how about get the order RIGHT THE FIRST TIME or REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

I've called over 8 times and 2 times someone answered telling me to call back, the other 6 times, I got their stupid recording telling me that due to high call volume they are unable to take my call. They seem to have amnesia when it comes to applying your points to your winners circle acct. I have spent over $600 in the last 2 years with them and the last points added to my account was in 2014, go figure. They're deplorable and disgusting that's for sure.

I just want to say how horrible my experience with your company has been. My daughter ordered a pair of sneakers through after pay as a Christmas gift and when the order came it was missing a sneaker. Initially contacted customer service to be placed in a Que for 45 minutes. I then contacted 2 different stores close to my house and only the 2nd location was helpful. They ordered the other sneaker, and I was guaranteed it would arrive the day before Christmas which was a good 5 days away. I finally reached customer care, and I was given a $20 credit for a $250 order in which the sneakers were a $110. The day before Christmas and the sneakers never came until the day after even I was promised it would be on time. i Called customer service 3x due to the 2nd part of this ordeal and requested a supervisor in which both times I was told I'd get a call back. Never heard from anyone. Horrible customer service and I will never shop again with this company.

I shop with Finish Line frequently and I have bought numerous pairs of shoes through years. This last email that I received from you guys was very offensive to me. "Don't be a cotton headed ninny mungin".The term cotton head is a racial insult used in the south to demean African-American people. Please do not send me any more racially offensive ads in the future or I will not be spending another penny with your company. Thank you

these young employees probably around 19-25 all of them were rude non of them were helping me i was standing at the register for about 10 mins while they were on their phones waiting for help to find a sneaker &;;;;;;;; when i finally said excuse me they told me they didnt have the shoe& didnt even check continued to flirt & play around while the mall was closing in 45 mins & the store was filled with customers they were all standing there on their phones unbelievable never come here i will call the manager in the morning too

I went to pick up store order. Shoes were dirty and there was no additional 11.5. So I said order me a new pair. Nick suggested that he could clean the shoe and give 20% off. I said okay he showed me the transaction on the screen and I asked for a receipt. He said it would be taken care of and to call cs and get an additional $10. Then I called when I got home it was in the phone for an 1 for the manager to say he can do 20 percent the rudely transferred me back to a cs for them to refund the 20 percent. The manager was Cutrtis Evans.
