Would never recommend Finish Line. Already paid for our shoe order which has been ‘lost’ twice and i still have no guarenteed shipment date.

Ordered shoes on finish line website on 3/3/18. Told shoes would arrive between 3/7-3/12. When they didn’t arrive by the 12th, i called them on the 13th and they said the order was ‘stuck in process’. They canceled the original order and put in a new order with a rush 2 day delivery guaranteeing that the shoes would arrive by 3/17/18.

When the shoes didn’t arrive i called them again on 3/19/18 and they, again, said the order was still in process and they didn’t have a tracking number for us. I was obviously quite upset and they said they were unable to give me shipment information and said they would credit back the $7 shipping fee for the inconvenience....definitely not enough for the extreme delay and several calls with no resolve. When i asked for an apology via email they said they would note my account and submit the request.

Terrible customer service, no guarantees for shipment and failure to deliver product even though i have already paid for the product. I have asked for a follow up email with a confirmation number, tracking number, refund confirmation and apology and Finish Line has not provided any of these.
