Still pissed. When I got back from vacation after ordering another pair while on vacation.

I had two pairs when I got home.

My daughter didn't receive her shoes for Xmas as promised. And I paid extra

Order my daughter's shoes for Christmas on the Sunday before Christmas. After several calls talking to customers service to check on the shoes they couldn't get it right.

The order went through but they had the wrong email address. So we got that straight but Ifor some reason I still wasn't able to track my order. So i called again on Wednesday to check on my order and was told that i would get them before the end of the day. So i called Thursday because i didn't get them .

I was told that they were doing a investigation on the shoes because they come up missing.

My daughter and I was disappointed. The Jordans retro 12 was the one thing that she wanted for Christmas.

Product or Service Mentioned: Finish Line Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Finish Line Pros: Good prices.

Finish Line Cons: Customer service, Customer care line, Very very very poor managment, Treatment by staff.
