Ordered a pair of shoes for my son and never received them. After having to fe a police report, call 20 times i was offered a refund.
After waiting 5 business days (7 days) i called back because it was never received. Told me i would have it in 24 hours. Didnt get it, call back manager says it was re issued and its another 5 business days. This is day 5 and still no refund or shoes.
Christmas is over and my son had no gift. Rude customer sevice, disrespectful the manager laughed at me quite a few times.
I will never shop at finishline again. And will definitly share my experience!
