After ordering my shoes a month ago, I haven’t even received my refund check. I called customer service, and of course “they’re so sorry” but have no answers as to why their customer service is so poor.
First apparently my address was wrong, then my replacement pair somehow got lost in UPS. Now my refund check somehow got lost and my address was wrong again. This makes no sense and finish line honestly needs to tighten up.
I WILL NO LONGER EVER ORDER SHOES FROM HERE. DELIVERY ORDERS IS A SCHEME !!!!!!!!!!
