Finish Line has the worst return policy. If you buy someone a gift, they can't even get store credit even if they return it within the 45 day return policy unworn.
They can only exchange it for another shoe available at that exact moment in time. Additionally, the store claims that despite having the original credit card it was purchased with an a gift receipt for the item (my husband misplaced the original receipt) there was STILL no way to return it even for store credit. Then we had an ONLINE receipt for it and the store STILL WONT RETURN IT DESPITE THE ORIGINAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE ORDER NUMBER AND EVERYTHING.
This is hands down the WORST policy I've ever heard of a store having. I will NEVER buy from this store again and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else does either.
