Finish Line - Horrible online service
I recieved 2 left shoes, called and was told the right shoe would be mailed to me. It never came, then received an email saying the order was cancelled, that refund never came either. I called several times and all reps and supervisors told me something different...either the shoe was on its way or whatnot. Very frustrating. Im thinking about taking legal action on this company.

Finish Line - Lost Package
Ordered shoes online from finish line and per the representative (who never gave me her name) UPS (who never updated my shipping details) lost my package and thats not THEIR PROBLEM! UPS may have a theif on their hands seeing that packages dont grow feet and walk off and Finish Line needs to hold UPS accountable. Now we are forced to spend more money so that our daughter has sneakers to wear on the first day of school. So annoying!
