875506**** spoke with very unprofessional agent A Jones in reference to this order one shoe worn other is display shoes has been switch scratch marks sent her pics threw email said she spoke with supervisor after not wanting to here her lies I ask to speak with supervisor all of sudden theirs song &; dance now I'm block from calling phone is disconnecting

This company is incompetent

DI have called and chatted for the last week to finish line begging for an update and/or replacement of my order that was submitted 11/11/21 I have not received my order no refund or help from finish line customer service only excuses and incompetence!! Dont waste your money or time theyre customer service is ridiculous I will never shop here again nor my family or associates

Oil change- Tried had switch and bait experience

Also insulted customer after refusing to pay over $100 more for oil change service at Finish Line Oil change. Want refund. Refused to do service. Want gas, wear, tear fir driving 15 miles out of way. Also called before service to schedule.

Package never received

I ordered a Nike shirt and a pair of Nike shorts for my husband for his birthday. I received the shirts about 10 days later but never received the shorts. So I called and they told me that the shorts were still sitting in the warehouse and had never been shipped. So she asked me if I wanted a refund or did I want the shorts I replied that I would like the shorts please. This was around September 7th. I still have no word on my package!!

Wrong shoe delivered

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When shoes arrived, the box looked like it had already been opened and replaced with the WRONG SHOE. Called and was told to send shoe back, once received they will send me the RIGHT SHOE...WRONG. Once they got the shoe I was told processing time is 7-8 days, I will get an email with new tracking number... WRONG AGAIN. I called today and was informed the store never received that it was a replacement shoe and they were refunding my money. This has been 1 big inconvenience and Lie. Finish Line will not EVER get my business again. Personally I think the switching of the shoe was an inside job. The actual shoe box was ripped open and a different pair was put in its place.

Says completed on the order. I have not received my order and when you call they can verify that I have not but still have not resolved issue!

I have placed multiple online orders with this company. Last one it allowed me to place an order and pay for it. I never received the shoes??! Come to find out they cx my order with no refund and never notified me! This time Im still waiting on different pair of shoes!! Its been literally almost a month still nothing!! I called they stated same thing! Shoe size not available??!! Why in the world will your website allow to order product thats not available?? Unbelievable!!

Refund

I ordered NIKE sneakers from the Deer Park Outlet store on June 25th. Was told there was a problem with the address(lie #1) and that I would be issued a refund....did not happen. Lie #2- called July 13th only to be told the same thing again.....did not happen. Called on August 7th and was told that I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days...still waiting!!! I think that for 62.00 it's really RIDICULOUS.
